Working environment

(1) Altitude: ≤2000m.
(2) Environment temperature: -20-40℃
(3) The average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 95% (the average minimum temperature in the same month is not higher than 25℃).

Technical parameters of charging rack

(1) The power supply of the charging rack is AC, and the working voltage is 220V±15%/50Hz. (Mine lamp of 5V - 6.5V)

(2) The charging rack charging system uses switching power supply, which is high efficient with low noise, wide voltage design, short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, overload and temperature protection functions.

(3) Maximum current output: ≥120A. The output voltage is 6 stable volts, and two 300-6 power supplies are used

(4) Sufficient charging amount of each lamp is ensured (the continuous use of high-power one is not less than 11h), and charging is stopped automatically after battery charging saturation.

(5) The quantity of charging points per charging rack: 100 points. It is set to be double-sided, with 50 points per side. External size of charging rack: Height: 2120mm× width: 2200mm× thickness: 620mm. The intelligent charging cabinet is a two-in-one structure for front and rear grouping. The power supply system of the charging cabinet is placed on the side of the cabinet. Every 10 lamp points work independently in one group. Failure of one group does not affect the normal charging of other groups. Insertion and extraction connection is used to the charging module, which is simple to operate and easy to maintain. In case a single lamp fails, the charging module can be replaced directly without affecting the charging of the left and right adjacent lamp points. The rack structure is a side door structure. Switch power supply and mainboard, wiring, etc. are placed at the side door. The lower part of the rack is 10cm above the ground. No storage bins are allowed to be set below, for saving space to increase the internal capacity of each small gate.

(6) Charging point is designed for single cabinet door type, whose intra-cavity size is not less than: Height 320mm× width 210mm× depth 280mm. The mine lamp is charged in the cabinet. In each lamp point space, the intelligent mine lamp charging, various kinds of self-rescuer, personnel positioning card, and the portable instrument can be placed.

(7) There are small lighting LED lights inside each lamp point space, which will automatically illuminate when the mine lamp is taken out and released. The floodlight is on the board behind the screen. No additional wiring and lighting installation is required for they are voice-activated lights, greatly avoiding the waste of resources.

(8) A P3.75 monochrome LED display (double-sided) is installed above each charger (compared with P5 display screen, P3.75 has higher density, smaller spacing and higher clarity), displaying the data information of the charging rack in real time, such as: “**coal mine, ** rack, charging**, fully charging**, taking away**”. It is provided with the function of free editing, the display mode is scrolling or flipping, the display content is real-time status information and safety slogan, leadership welcome speech, notice and other information, and safety slogan, leadership welcome speech can be set arbitrarily.

(9) The cabinet door of each charging point adopts EM contact mouse-type electronic magnetic code lock, and each lock corresponds to a key. The lamp room administrator is equipped with universal magnetic code key to open each lamp point lock at any time. At the same time, when the key of a certain lamp point is lost, the manager of the lamp room can make another configuration at any time, and the original key cannot continue to be used. It is convenient to configure the staff card. Only one setting card is needed to complete the configuration directly on the cabinet, which is fool operation. No additional card reader is required to be set. And it can be configured without professional’s operation of the computer.

(10) The cabinet door of each charging point is provided with a 2.8-inch color LCD screen, which can display the miners’ photo, name, job type, department, lamp point number and four states of the mine lamp, namely, charging, fully charging, taking away and abnormal charging, as well as charging time, current and voltage, etc.

(11) Maintenance and replacement are convenient. The board of the color screen is placed on the beam. Plug-in is used to all, the board cannot be sealed in the door, the small gate need not be replaced during maintenance and replacement. It is more convenient for miners to maintain and use. Parts can be replaced within 30 seconds. Normal use shall not be affected by maintenance.

(12) The boxed plastic spray cold-rolled steel plate of Wisco brand is adopted for the steel plate, and all indexes meet the national standard. The main structure is made of a thickness of 1.2-1.5mm, the bearing capacity is designed by special structure, and the reinforced structure is installed to ensure the uniform distribution of the weight. The small gate is 1.0mm and the main bearing under the cabinet body is 2.0mm. Supermarket storage cabinet structure is adopted (Overall landing style is prohibited, because this style of cabinet body is not easy to be shifted, moved away, and loaded and unloaded)

(13) Each charging point is equipped with high-precision charging voltage and charging current measurement functions, which can display the actual charging voltage, current parameters and charging time of different mine lamps charging on the LCD screen of the lamp point small gate. The charging percentage is displayed on the top left of each LCD screen, which has a clear grasp of the charging situation.

(14) The charging management module must meet the charging characteristic requirements of the existing mine lamp batteries, and can also realize the automatic charging compatibility (lithium battery, nickel metal hydride battery, lead-acid battery) and charging mode conversion of all kinds of mine lamps. Among them, the charging mode and charging output voltage of the mine lamp need not be adjusted manually. The software can automatically identify the type and kind of the mine lamp and automatically determine the charging mode.

(15) The upper computer software of the computer can directly report the failure of each lamp through the female voice, greatly reducing the human maintenance workload.

(16) Each light point can display the status of the self-rescuer and other equipment, the screen of each small gate can be displayed, and the status of the self-rescuer can also be displayed on the computer.

(17) When the cabinet door is opened, it has the function of voice prompt, such as “pay attention to safety under the well, please close the door, please hang up the mine lamp, hard work” and other optional functions

(18) Charging socket and USB socket such as gas meter and blaster can be added. In each light point of the small gate, gas meter, blaster and other equipment can be charged.

(19) No data will be lost when the charging cabinet works off-line: It is equipped with advanced functions of automatically storing all kinds of data inside the charging cabinet. Even if the lights go out, the data will not be lost. When the system management computer fails or the computer is not started up, the data of at least 40 days will be saved automatically in the charging cabinet. After the computer is started up or repaired, the data will be uploaded automatically, making the charging monitoring and management uninterrupted.
